Services for Families & Youth
Adoption Network Cleveland: The Ohio Family Connection serves all current and prospective families connected to adoption and foster care, including adoptive, kinship, foster, and birth families to support them, celebrate the joys, and meet the unique challenges they may face. Among the program components within our services for families are telephone and in-person support from our program staff, monthly gatherings and workshops, and overall family support, educational guidance, mentorship programs, and permanency navigation.

Weaving Cultures Transracial Family GroupAn educational and supportive program for transracial families

Programs and support for prospective adoptive parents interested in adopting, or who are in the adoption process.
