Thank you for registering for the upcoming Adoption Network Cleveland General Discussion Meeting. General Discussion Meetings are meant to be a supportive discussion group for members of the adoption triad and those who support them.

While most of our General Discussion Meetings have an open discussion format, the June 8 meeting will have a special topic, "Maintaining Healthy Boundaries." Healthy boundaries are necessary for all relationships, especially in relationship building among all members of the triad or previously unknown family members. Connections among DNA relatives, reunions between birth family and adoptees from closed adoptions as well as today’s practice of open adoption require healthy boundaries for everyone. Join us as we discuss how to acknowledge our boundaries and those of others and work to establish and honor boundaries that work for everyone.

This meeting will be led by volunteer facilitators Kim and Denice. Our General Discussion Meetings meet via the Zoom platform (which can be accessed through a home computer/laptop, tablet, or mobile phone) and will require an internet connection or phone data connection.
