Adoption Network Cleveland’s Family Ties Parent Group provides all adoptive, kinship, and foster parents and their children ages 2-18 the opportunity to meet, share their experiences, and learn from each other and featured presenters.

Parents are invited on Thursday, May 13 to discuss Talking to Kids About Racism and Violence. Many children are struggling with processing the recurring news and images of racism and violence in the world. We could all use some pointers in how to talk to our kids about these difficult topics. Come to this month’s virtual parent meeting to learn about available tools and resources you can use to have these difficult and complex conversations with your family.
