This committee nurtures new and existing leadership for Adoption Network Cleveland so that individuals find taking a leadership role in our organization both invigorating and fulfilling. This includes coordinating nominations for seats on our board of directors, working closely with our board and other volunteer leaders and nurturing new leaders from within our membership.
