Participants at this quarterly workshop for professionals and foster or adoptive parents will:
• Through a panel of adoptees and open discussion, develop an understanding of the perspectives of adoptees and their adoption experience.
• Develop a better understanding of the difference between open and closed adoptions as well as the different types of adoption: public, private, and kinship as they relate to the panelist’s experiences.
