Sliding Fee Scale for Conference Registration
Our sliding fee scale offers flexible pricing to ensure this conference is accessible to all. Choose the tier that aligns with your current financial situation. Whether you pay the Financial Assistance Rate, Reduced Rate, Standard Rate, or Supporter Rate, your participation is equally valued.

Levels

Tier 1: Standard Rate

• This reflects the regular cost of attendance and supports the success of the conference.
• Choose this rate if this describes your current circumstances:
  • "I have a stable income that allows me to meet my needs and manage extra expenses with relative ease, though I still budget carefully for larger costs."
  • Or, if your employer is paying for you to attend.

Tier 2: Supporter Rate

• For those who want to contribute more to ensure the conference remains accessible to all.
• Choose this rate if this describes your current circumstances:
  • "I am financially secure, can comfortably afford services, and wish to contribute to help others also attend."

To be included in meals, registration is required by March 10, 2025. Please note that rates increase after March 1, 2025.
