Russ joins the team as an iFoster TAY (Transition Age Youth) Americorps Intern and serves Adoption Network Cleveland’s community by increasing awareness of our mission, participating in our programs, and helping to create new outreach and social programs. With an emphasis on community organizing, documenting contacts, and event planning, Russ offers a warm welcome for those in need of our programs and services. 

As a former foster youth who has overcome adversity, Russ’s path reflects resilience and a drive to reshape his story. He secured an internship at NASA Glenn through academic excellence and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from Cleveland State University. In addition to his academic achievements, he is passionate about photography and founded Russ Lang Photography, which has gained recognition from platforms such as Cleveland Magazine, Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, and Cleveland State University. Now, Russ is serving through the AmeriCorps iFoster division and is excited to give back to his community.
