Recurring Monthly Gift Policies and Procedures

Through a recurring, automatic monthly gift, donors are able to support Adoption Network Cleveland and partner with us to create sustainable programs.

Thank you to all those who have committed to making a monthly gift. A few things to keep in mind:

1. If you would like to change your credit card information, gift amount, or place an end date in the future, please email Cheryl Carter at cheryl.carter@adoptionnetwork.org or send the request by mail at 12200 Fairhill Rd., Fl A3, Cleveland, OH 44120.*

2. If you would like to cancel your monthly gift, please provide the cancelation request in writing to Cheryl Carter at cheryl.carter@adoptionnetwork.org or mail us a cancellation request at 12200 Fairhill Rd., Fl A3, Cleveland, OH 44120. Please note that depending on when your request is received, it may take up to 30 days to process.*

* Changes to the gift amount or cancelation requests must be made in writing in order to document the request. Requests left by phone or voicemail cannot be honored.
